I have done layers of gesso to make this frame look more polished...PP is from The Mariposa Stack...somehow I really love to work on this beautiful PP stack. Lot of Chipboards and embellishments.
The complete view....

Hope you will like it...

Dreams Do Come True!

Hellow paper peeps!

It's a festive season in India with so much of energy and joy around! I love this time truly.... Today I will be sharing a Canvas LO which I have created for my elder daughter...It's on fairy theme and I guess all of us somewhere somehow believe in fairies :)

So here's a first look....it's on Canvas sheet. Background image is inspired from a pic...I found that really magical and mystical. It's made of acrylic colours.

I loved this pic of my elder one...those deep eyes says alot...For the base I have used PP from The Mariposa stack, DCWV and Natural Beauty from GCD studios. Th trim is from her favorite headband, which was broken few days back and she wanted to kep this with her forever...I thought that nothing better than use the same on this particular Canvas sheet :)

Few more close ups....I have used gesso to give that layer look...also used blending technique to get the final look.

Sentiment is from Tim Holtz typography and My Minds eye PP

Few more details on the canvas

And the final look....

I am linking this to Scrap around The world  challenge. Here's the mood board

This project was not possible without the help of one of my deary ones "Rosie". I must say that she's a master of colours and portraits :)

Hope you have liked this project :)

Happy Crafting!

To Me You Are Perfect :)

Hellow peeps!

Today I will share a gift tag which I have creatd for my better half ;) It's been long since I have made anything for us and I really wanted to make him feel lil special :)

I took this inspiration while googling and added my lil extra to it to make it as much creative as I can :) Let me share the pics from where I have started....

These are the tags made from lil thick cardboard and covered with PP.

Then I have done layers of gesso with knife and some mists with acrylic colours.

I didn't stop myself till the time I wasn't happy with the result. I have joined all the thee tags together from front to back with the help of washi tape. Let me share the look of the front tag...Once it was all dried up..I layerd with PP...The base PP is done with the help of distress ink aged technique and then the next with the blending tool technique.I have used the heart chipboard...layered with gesso and acrylic colours to pop up I have used Tim Holtz Rangers Stickles.

 Few more close ups...

Now to go ahead If I open the tag then it comes like this.... The left side has got a pocket to store a tag...I have written few things which I love about him ;)

On the right side after the layers of gesso there;s a tissue paper and again acrylics...I have pasted the sentiment which is from The Collectibles...and gave a frame look with the help of bold colours.

Now If I open the right side...I will get this...

At the center you can find Metal Heart Charm and a lovely tag apt with the sentiment :) and on the right side again...theres a small note to add all date important to us :)

Now if you slightly lift up the center tag then there's on memorable pic of us! Below the sentiment 'You and Me'

 One more shot...

Now Let me share the last part... I have drawn a bird on a lil thick cardboard and covered with washi tape...

I have used this as a center back piece for my tag...sentiments and Washi tape from lulupu store. Right as a base of that birdie...you may find how I have joined the front twine to open and close the tag.

Hope you liked this project.

Happy Crafting!

Happiness is...throwing a coin into a Wishing Well!

Hellllowwww peeps!

I love when it rains...and it was a big rainy day for us! Since the morning I wanted to create something which I have always planned but never initiated :( I always thought of  stock up some realllly good mdf products for that...but then today it suddenly clicked on my mind....that I have to create this....now or never!

Right from my childhood and till date I am simply fascinated with wishing well! It gives an immense pleasure to wish for your own wishes to come true :) and they gives you a Smile full of satisfaction. .I got up from my bed with the thought that I have to make it....How...No clue...so here my journey begins towards the wishing well :)

I have to look out for the base...and luckily I have found one of my fav lotions bottle free....I simply love its fragnance and will recommend to all my fellllla in the blogland :)

I started covering it up with lot of layers of Gesso, acrylic colours, mustard seeds (my favourites), some green leafs (ya....u heard it right) and some tissue papers.
I didn't stop my self till the time I was not satisfied with the look...

Thicker the better...
Then I made a base of these wodden sticks which was left overs from my last few projects to the base...and fixed them up with the super glue....it's really effective!

I took some cardboards...joined them together to make a base... front side...

 Back side...

Till the time...It's getting dried I was wondering for my wishing well bucket...so I took these medicine bottle cover meters...I am sure they must be in ample in everyone's house!

Till this point I was not so sure that how exactly I am gonna make this...but I guess it's rightly said..."Where there is a will, there is a way!"

I have used alchol inks on this..along with acrylic colours.... Now be ready for good number of screenshots!
A side look....
 Bird view...
I am playing along with Berry71Bleau challenge...and I guess this project contains most of my favourite thingis!!
 Back view...
 Corners...
Corners again...I have used some dry potpourri to make this look more mystical :)

Bird view again...

The Top...You can find my glittey bucket :) I loved these two sentiments..."On a Happy Day" and "Miracles Do Happen"
 Front View...

 Some more closeups...

My fav.... owl!! I feel like that me n owls are way similar! hun!

Now It's not an end...as this was a glass bottle base...here the magic begins...

Yeppp! you got it right...you can use it as a tea light holder or led light holder in the night....and you won't belive this surely looks really really magical :)

I will be waiting for your priceless suggestions on this project! List of supplies is very long...will update it tomorrow!

Happy Crafting!
Hugs!
