Hi to my crafting Buddies :)

It's a weekend again and a last day of this month!!
I'm sitting with a mind set to update all my pending project posts by eod!! I have to...I can't be that laaazy!!
To begin with I will make a quick post of my special project. I have created this to gift it to someone special in my life...I call her a soul mate and that's my 7 yrs. old daughter. She jumped with joy when she got this and I can cherish that spark in her eyes forever :)

It's a cute lil wardrobe inspired with bold and trendy colors and with lot of pattern papers....below is the top of the wardrobe...

 front look...with one of my favorite pattern paper :)

Layers of gesso and acrylics have been added to give it a thick and finished look....a dramatic use of pattern paper can be seen....with lots of embellishments, sentiments and tiny keepsakes....

I'm playing along scrap around the world for the month of feb and I got inspired with this pinkilicios trendy moodboard :)

All I need is you!!

Hi Fellas!!

Today I am sharing a project which is quite close to my heart... I have created this out of a waste. I found this bench in a scrap and since then I have kept it to make something nice out of it.
 Now when love is around....I thought of creating something for my better half out of this...It was a brown...uneven...very rough looking bench (i'm sorry as I forgot to click that pic) But surely I can show you that what exactly I have created out of this....

There are layers of Gesso, acrylic colors and varnish to give it that shining finished touch. Topped with a pattern paper...with the sentiment of Love....I thought it's going to be the perfect gift for him :)

 This time I am playing along the creative embellishment challenge with this project....

 I simply loved this sentiment....."You make my heart happy" with nothing extra sugar quoted

Hi to my craft buddies :)

First of all let me wish you a very Happy valentine in advance!

I am glad to share that on 07th feb we exhibited at Pre valentine cupid exhibition and it was a fabulous experience :) Luv to the organizer :)
Now from quite some time I am not so regular in updating all my work on blog....I know that's bad :( of me....at least this is the only place where I feel....it's just about me!!

To begin with, today I'm posting few of the piggy banks which I have created especially for this exhibition... they all are in different color themes and full of Pattern papers, embellishments and laser cuts.... I have used layers of gesso and acrylics to give them the final look....

So let's begin with the one of my fav.... I am simply in love with this pattern paper....

 Below is based on theme- Purple :) I'm sure it's an eye candy for those who loves Purple ;)
